We had a room with a nice bathtub and the hotel is conveniently located next to the main square, restaurants, Medina, and Souk markets.

The room at Riad Dar El Arsa was beautifully decorated with a large comfortable double bed and well-equipped bathroom. The windows in both the bedroom and bathroom overlooked a charming inner courtyard. I also enjoyed the cozy common seating areas on each floor and the lovely roof terrace. The daily room cleaning service was a pleasant surprise. The staff were kind and helped us find the riad and book a taxi to the airport.

Additionally, the jacuzzi was not usable, and some areas of the riad were in need of repair and cleaning.

The rooms here are incredibly cozy and really lovely, featuring spacious beds and modern amenities such as climate control, coffee/tea facilities, and a dining area.

Wow, the room at Riad Dar El Arsa Rooftop & Jacuzzi was amazing! It had a private bathroom with a shower, and it was so convenient for our family of four. We loved having our own space to freshen up after a long day exploring Marrakesh. Plus, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. It made us feel right at home!

Honestly, the only thing we enjoyed less was the washing machine in our triple room. It took up some space and we didn't really need it for our short stay.

I had an excellent experience staying at a beautiful traditional Riad. the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even picking us up at the entrance of the village to ensure we didn't get lost. the warm hospitality was evident from the moment we arrived, with a refreshing cup of Morocco mint tea. the Riad itself was stunningly decorated and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by the auntie, which consisted of homemade pancakes and omelette. It was the most delicious breakfast I have ever tasted. the staff, especially Amine and Mohamed, were exceptional and always available to assist us. the rooftop area with the hot tub was a great place to relax and soak in the Moroccan charm. I had a wonderful time at Riad Dar El Arsa Rooftop & Jacuzzi and would definitely stay here again if I return to Marrakech. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 😊.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. Abdul Rahman and Karim went above and beyond to assist us from the moment we arrived until we left. The lady who did the cleaning and prepared breakfast was also very kind and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short walk to Le Jardin Majoralle.

It was in need of repair, renovation, and cleaning. The bathroom and toilet were not clean and a ventilator would have been a helpful addition.
